Much more than simply relaxation exercises, the guided tracks on this CD have been specifically designed to radically transform discomfort into tranquility and calm so that you can speak with ease whenever you need to.   These exercises have been tested and proven with hundreds of Fearless Speaking participants and the result is a life-changing CD which you can learn from in the comfort of your own home. 

Whether you desire to speak with ease in front of two people or two thousand, these tools offer a gentle yet effective approach to communicating with more passion, confidence and impact.

Background Music

The music supporting these meditations has been specifically created for this CD to induce a deep state of alpha brainwave patterning, a deeply relaxed state of mind where our words and thoughts have enormously increased power.  The fundamental tones of each piece, when sounding together, resonate to the perfect architecture of the human body, thereby opening the window to deeper states of awareness and relaxation.  It is in these slower brainwave states where transformation becomes possible.

Below is a short explanation of each track.

1. Abdominal Breathing Talk

Learn the importance of abdominal, or diaphragmatic, breathing and why it is such a valuable tool when speaking. 

2.   Belly Breath Meditation

A short, simple and easy to learn guided meditation to assist you in breathing from your diaphragm.  For some, learning to breathe this way alone will dramatically reduce feelings of stress or nervousness.

3. Positive Memory Visualization

Such a simple yet transformative exercise that anyone can do.  It is especially helpful to do when you are experiencing relatively high levels of stress, or when you are feeling good but would like to feel even better.

4. Transformational Sun Meditation (Explanation)

 Learn the value of embracing your fear in the moment, and from this empowered state, how to transform your feelings into higher energy states of confidence and joy.

5. Transformational Sun Meditation

Transform discomfort into joy, often only in minutes.  It is recommended to do this meditation when you are feeling high levels of stress or anxiety, for example before delivering a presentation.  However it is also effective during lower levels of stress as well.

6. Transformational Sun Meditation (self-guided)

This track is purely instrumental in order to offer you the freedom to meditate at your own pace with the music as your guide.  Track 5 and 6 combined equal just under 15 minutes which is the suggested amount of time to practice this meditation each day.

7. Programming your Subconscious Mind

This hypnotic exercise is designed to help you create a highly successful speaking experience.  Listen to it when you are in a neutral to good mood.  Listening to tracks 2, 3 or 5 before this one will help you to boost your state of mind and allow you to move into a deeper state of tranquility.

8. Programming your Subconscious Mind (self-guided)

Let the music take you deeply into an alpha state of consciousness as you personalize your own affirmations.  It is recommended to write down and memorize your affirmations before listening to this track.
